Welcome to the new world of TruckStop
Scanning. Titan Transport LLC has signed an
agreement with Pegasus TransTech to Support TruckStop Scanning
for Titan Harris Transport. This includes Operators for Veterans
Express also.
Any Driver who has completed
a load for Titan or Veterans can go to a Participating Truck
Stop who does Scanning under contract with Pegasus and get their
paperwork scanned and sent to the Main Office in Monroe.
Pegasus has an agreement
with over 360 Truck Stops including all of the Pilot and Loves
as well as a number of independents. To get a full list click

When you stop at one of the above listed
Supported Truck Stops, bring your paperwork to the cashier and
tell him or her that you want to Scan you paperwork.
You will need three things
to go with your Paperwork:
1. The Scanning SCAC Code for both Titan
and Veterans - TTTN,
2.Your Load Number - Usually in the form of
0123456,
3. The Titan Scanning Sheet with the Barcode
on it. If you have this, it contains all of the necessary
information listed in #1 and #2.

Be Sure to Print your load number on
each page that is to be scanned. Be sure to Print the Load
Number at least 1 inch away from any side or from other
information.
When you get everything assembled, give it to
the Cashier and He or She will scan and send it for you.
The Cashier will give you a receipt for the scanning and give
all of your paperwork back to you. The Receipt has the access
code for viewing documents on the internet.
Finally, place the scanned paperwork in a
regular envelope and Take it back to your Home Base, If
you are not returning to your Home Base immediately, Ask your
Dispatcher for Instructions.
When Can I get Paid;
First, a requirement for all Required
Paperwork to be Scanned into the Titan
System.
Second your scanned documents must
contain, at a minimum, the signed delivery sheet, Bill of
Lading, Interchanges and any other
required documentation for the load to be properly billed.
Finally, originals must be either returned to your Home Base or
be sent by regular mail to the Titan Transport Main Office.
If you scanned documents arrive at
Monroe by 9AM on Monday Morning, We will process your loads for
payment the same week. For legal reasons we are required
to also have all of the originals in our office, or have them scanned
from your Home Base, so by sending them by regular mail, they
should arrive before the Friday of that week. We will either
Mail a check or load a card to the Proper Person, as soon as we
get the originals or Scanned Images at our Office.
Other Features
One of the nice features of the Pegasus System
is that the imaged copies go to their Website also. When you
Scan in the originals you will get a verification code that your
Home Dispatch or Central Dispatch can use to view the images of
your completed load.
No more returning paperwork delays caused by
the need to return paperwork to your Office.
